Do we have to register in other states and send them sales tax if we sell something on etsy?
Do we have to charge PA sales tax on those items and send it to Pennsylvania?

not that i know of, on the first question.

and yes, depending upon what you're selling on the second. i only have to pay taxes on my book and patterns, clothing and yarn go untaxed.

no. only if the person purchasing the items online are from PA.

sidenote: there was something about NY taxes on the forums, and the only reason people from NY would have to pay taxes is because Etsy, as a business, is located in NY.
