February 1, we will be holding a Valentines Craft & Vendor show at the Circleville Volunteer Fire Department {129 Robin Station Road, North Huntingdon, PA}

The cost will be $40 per table. Only 1 business per table please, multiple tables may be purchased.
If you reserve your spot in our show, you will be the only representative from this vendor [craft?] as we are trying to keep things as beneficial for each person as possible!
Your payment can be sent to 514 6th street Irwin PA, 15642 and made out to Mandie M Spudich. Just put in the memo line “Valentines Show - Vendor Name”
Your payment will reserve your spot. Table fees are non-refundable.
In the event that you are unable to attend, you may however, ask another representative to take your place so long as they would not duplicate another vendor already in our show. All substitutions must be approved by management ahead of time.
- The show will run from 11am-5pm and set up will begin at 9:30am.
Tables will be covered and skirted when you arrive, if however, you have your own coverings, you may use those as well.
Each vendor will receive a copy of the flyer and is encouraged to post it anywhere they see fit to ensure the greatest possible exposure!
Receive a $10 DISCOUNT on your table if you refer another vendor that reserves a table for the show.
Be sure that they let us know you sent them…we cannot read minds. J
Each Vendor will be asked to sign a waiver upon registration at the show stating that we, the management, are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
We will be holding a Chinese Auction and each vendor is encouraged, but not obligated, to offer an item, gift basket, or gift certificate for this purpose. Please let us know ahead of time if you will participate in the auction, and, if so, what you will be bringing so that we may advertise accordingly.
(We will provide the raffle tickets and other considerations for this auction.)
Each vendor will also have the option, at their discretion, of offering a small door prize for visitors to their respective tables in an attempt to collect names and contact information from attendees.
(You, the vendor, will be responsible for the tickets and other considerations for table door prizes should you choose to participate.)
There will also be a 50/50 Raffle to benefit the American Red Cross & help local families who have lost their homes due to fire.
