Art reception at the Beehive

Postby carolyn pierotti on Sun Nov 09, 2008 4:17 pm

I am having an art reception at the Beehive on East Carson Street (south side) on November 16th from 6-9 pm. I hope to see some friendly faces from the Schenley Park I Made It event! My pieces will be hanging in the middle gallery for one month... Hope to see you there!

I work primarily with acrylics and pencil. My works vary in size, my largest being a 30 x 30 and the smallest being an 8 x 10 unframed.

I also want to thank a few people. I want to thank my husband Dino who is my best friend and pushed me out the door to paint again. Without him there would be no show. I also want to send much love to my kids... they are my inspiration (my Catherine especially). I also want to thank my neighbor Jon who framed my pieces without expecting anything in return. I also want to thank Carrie from I Made It Market for posting my flyer and Emily from the Pittsburgh Craft Collective for being so kind in regard to my computer stupidity!

Hope to see you at the show!
