iso a sewing studio

I'm interested in finding a studio space to expand my crafting endeavors. Either in Squirrel Hill or Regent Square, maybe Point Breeze. Anyone know of a shared space, or someone with an extra sunny room they might want to rent? Right now I'm set up in our unheated basement and the idea of working down there all winter makes me sad
