Need a little fun to break up the winter and give a call out to spring?
Here's a chance to make some beautiful new pieces of fused glass, and dream about the warmer weather ahead!

What: Fused Glass Workshop
When: Weds. Feb. 18th, 2009
Time: 6:30 - 9:00pm
Where: Panera (at Penn Center) Monroeville
Class size: limited to 16

Cost $25 members
$30 non-members

*Class members will have the chance to make up to 10 pieces of (jewelry-sized) glass. They pieces will be fired in the kiln the following week by the instructor.
*Each person will need to establish a pick-up time for their glass after it is fired.

I just ordered a bunch of cool new glass for this event, and I can't wait to try it out!

*Also, if anyone registering for this event would rather have their glass shipped to them (instead of doing a pick up) you can bring a self-addressed padded mailer envelope and and extra $2, and I will ship them to you.

A great big THANK YOU to those who made it out to the class tonight! It was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed meeting some new crafty folks from the area. The kiln is already fired up with the first batch of glass!
